Andy Peters joined the practice as an Associate in March 2004.
He became Associate Director in 2005 and Director in 2006.
Andy is based at our
Edinburgh office, having formerly founded and led our building services engineering team in Manchester.
Experience in many sectors, including major commercial, residential, government and PFI projects, underpins his conviction that a successful indoor environment is never over-engineered. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and the needs of future building occupants as key to designing the most efficient solution. Recent examples include multi-million pound school building programmes in Manchester and Glasgow.
Andy's approach integrates the creation of more sustainable buildings with fiscal goals such as the long term reduction of operating costs.
Andy is keenly involved in the development of his field. He has been a regional secretary of CIBSE and remains an active member.
